All of us have comrades we remember - we also have comrades we won't leave behind. Regardless of what conflict was ours we are all comrades in arms!
Bingo has been held for over 30 yrs at Mainland Bingo, 701 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville from 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm every Saturday evening to help fund our college scholarships and school youth programs.
The Buddy Poppy Program has helped the VFW live up to its motto, "to honor the dead by helping the living." The Buddy Poppy - small red flower is symbolic of the blood shed in World War I. Distribution at local WAWA and ACME stores benefits veteran relief and provides jobs to the disabled.
Coming home doesn't mean the battle is over. With over 10 times the amount of veterans lost to suicide than to combat operations in the same time period, there has never been a more important time to TAKE A STAND and DO something to support our veterans!! If you or someone you know is suffering from PTSD, we have people that have shared a similar experience and are ready to help.

Wildwood State Convention - June 19 - 22.Officer nominations open at our March meeting and will close just before our Elections in April.
